Job summary

Bupa UK is recruiting a Registered Nurse (Days) at Trowbridge Oaks Care Home in West Ashton Road, Trowbridge BA14 6DW. This part-time role offers 24 hours per week with shifts of 6 or 12 hours and pay of £18.41–£21.48 per hour.

You’ll work within Bupa’s care home team, focusing on holistic resident care, supervising and mentoring staff, and using digital tools to support clinical excellence. Training and development are provided as you deliver person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience ensuring policies and standards are met in clinical settings.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance to care teams and uphold best practices.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills for handover and collaboration.
• Strong critical thinking and independent working for night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the care team; deliver formal and informal teaching.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards and legislation.
