Aurem Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care and support residents to live fulfilling lives in a compassionate, person-centred approach. This busy yet rewarding role requires adherence to NMC guidelines and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will manage medications safely, maintain accurate electronic records in Nourish, uphold safeguarding policies, and contribute to continuous improvement of care.

Qualifikationen

• Previous nursing experience.
• A valid NMC PIN.
• Compassion and empathy with excellent communication and teamwork.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Aufgaben

• Deliver person-centred clinical care and support to our residents.
• Safely manage, administer, and record medication in line with NMC requirements and procedures.
• Maintain resident records using Nourish electronic care planning system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
