Job summary

Advinia Healthcare is seeking an Registered Nurse to join our care homes. You will work with the home team to provide high quality, person-centred nursing care and lead on training and supervision.

The role requires an active NMC license with at least 1 year of nursing practice, strong communication, and the ability to manage care plans and daily resident needs. Shifts run 08:00–20:00, with a supportive working environment and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC License with a minimum of 1 year nursing practice.
• Experience leading a care team and coordinating residents' care plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the care team to deliver high quality, person-centred care.
• Wound care and health supervision as required.
• Administer/prescribe medicines and document per policy.
• Maintain and review individual resident Care Plans monthly.
• Coordinate with managers, relatives and health professionals.
• Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and company policy.
