Job summary

We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our teams, working closely with home managers to ensure the highest standard of resident care and to support training and development across the home.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC license and at least 1 year nursing experience.
• Commitment to high-quality, resident-centred care and wellbeing.
• Ability to lead and support a care team and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support care team to deliver high-quality nursing care.
• Administer medicines and document per NMC guidelines.
• Maintain individualised Care Plans with residents and families.
• Ensure accurate records and handover communication at shifts.
• Report ill health and coordinate GP visits as required.
• Uphold integrity in residents' personal and financial matters.
