An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Emergency Department for a full or part-time Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment.
As a Band 5 Nurse in the Emergency Department, your role is pivotal as a proficient role model and clinical expert working within the department and alongside the Senior Nursing Team.

This is a busy department; it is a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will need to be a good communicator, be innovative and self-motivated. They should be committed to the provision of high standards of patient care. We welcome applicants with adult nursing registrations, and would also accept applications from staff from some allied health professions.
Ensure that patient care remains a priority in inter-professional practice and that referrals to the MDT are timely and discharge planning takes place where appropriate.
Use reflection on clinical practice to continue personal and professional development.
Be aware of the safeguarding agenda, ensuring protection and identification of vulnerable patients.
Ensure effective working relationships are established and maintained with colleagues across the Trust.
