Job summary

Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse with an interest in elderly care to join our MDT. You will provide high-quality nursing care to a wide range of acute medical conditions on Simpson ward and help improve patient outcomes.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, promoting safety and compassionate care, while following guidelines, documenting care and acting as an advocate for patients, carers and staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in nursing.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and acute care environment.
• Demonstrate caring, compassionate and patient-centred approach.
