Job summary

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Registered Nursing Associate (Band 4) to join Ramsey inpatient unit. You will be supported by a Band 5 Nurse and encouraged to develop professionally while delivering patient-centred care to older adults with cognitive impairment.

You will administer medications under supervision (not high risk) and work within a multidisciplinary team to plan and monitor care, while upholding Trust values and revalidation requirements.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Associate with current NMC registration.
• Evidence of CPD, revalidation and mandatory training.
• Willingness to undertake relevant clinical training, including violence reduction and ANTT.

Responsibilities

• Provide care within a multidisciplinary team, supporting assessment, planning and monitoring of care.
• Contribute to care planning and risk management while maintaining dignity and independence of service users.
• Undertake administration of medications under supervision (not high risk).
