Job summary

gobecare is seeking a Staff Nurse in Kilmarnock to join our client’s care home team. You will deliver personalised nursing care, assess residents, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care.

The role requires an NMC pin and strong communication skills, with a compassionate, resident-centered approach. 38.5 hours per week across 7 days, with a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for training and development.

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing residents needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
