Main Responsibilities

• Assess all aspects of clients' care needs and provide health supervision and direct nursing care as required
• Assess social and health care needs of new clients; maintain ongoing assessments and reviews
• Ensure client care plans are completed and maintained with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines and company policies
• Administer prescribed medicines and document accordingly
• Practice integrity in all dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs
• Supervise and instruct junior and new staff members, providing guidance
• Attend mandatory training days/courses as required
• Maintain good communication with clients, relatives, and multidisciplinary team; provide administrative support when needed
