While many care providers only pay for your contact time, we pay you for every single minute you work, including travel time! With Bluebird Care, you are paid for the whole shift and not just contact time. Shifts are from 7am to 2pm and/or 4pm to 10pm.

Your Experience and Suitability for the Care Assistant Role

Previous experience isn’t necessary. We seek compassionate, caring, and patient individuals who will treat our customers like family. We provide comprehensive training and development to ensure you are well-equipped for the role.

Requirements:

• Full and valid UK driving licence
• Access to a car
• Right to work in the UK
• Excellent level of English
