Job summary

Sulis Hospital Bath is inviting applications for a Registered Nurse to join our Day Case team in Bath. The role covers clinical triage, patient care evaluation, and potential nurse-led clinics. You will review patient histories, undertake examinations and tests, organise treatment, and refer to other professionals when required.

Permanent full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with Early/Late/Long Day shifts. DBS clearance is required and NMC registration with CPD history is essential for suitability.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration and CPD record.
• DBS clearance required.
• Surgical nursing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical triage and evaluation of patient care and standards.
• Develop and contribute to nurse-led clinics and patient reviews.
• Review histories, conduct examinations and tests, and arrange treatment.

Sulis Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Somerset, has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Day Case team.

As a Registered Nurse at Sulis, you'll be an integral part of our healthcare team and will be involved in everything from clinical triage to the evaluation of patient care and standards. You'll carry out – and potentially develop – nurse led clinics, reviewing patient's histories, undertaking relevant examinations and tests, organising any necessary treatment, and referring patients to other healthcare professionals when you need to.

Permanent – Full time 37.5 hours Mon-Sat

Shift Pattern:

• Early: 06:45 – 14:45
• Late: 12:00 – 20:00
• Long Day: 06:45 – 20:00

This role requires DBS clearance.

If you have NMC registration and a demonstrable record of CPD with knowledge of current issues in professional practice, then we would like to hear from you. Surgical nursing experience is desirable.
