Job summary

Cherrybrook Care Home is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) on an 0-hours contract, paying £23.80 per hour. You will deliver clinically led care within a specialist complex care setting and lead shifts to support residents with complex needs.

The role includes assessing needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and maintaining high documentation standards. Ongoing training, funded development and progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles are available.

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making.
• Experience in complex care or mental health is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs, develop and review care plans.
• Administer medication and monitor health changes.
• Lead shifts and support the care team to ensure safe, person-centred care.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to a well-organised environment.
