Harmony Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Nurse – Complex Care for Weymouth, Dorset. This is a 1:1 role delivering compassionate, client-centred care in a school setting, with PEG feeding, tracheostomy and catheter support. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure safety, dignity and wellbeing for the young client.

Registered Nurse – Complex Care (Weymouth, Dorset)

£15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Weekday, Weeknight & Weekend shifts available

At Harmony Healthcare, we believe exceptional care is delivered by exceptional people. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a young children in a school in Weymouth. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently and with dignity.

This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

About the Client

You'll be working within a school, supporting children with PEG Feeds, Tracheostomies & Catheters. A general overview of what would be expected of the right candidate:

Monitor her airway and overall wellbeing at all times

Respond promptly to any clinical needs including routine tracheostomy care

Provide safe, developmentally appropriate play and encourage engagement

Support her participation in activities at home and in the community

Act quickly and confidently in emergency situation

A carer who is proactive, friendly and confident will thrive in this role.

Clinical Requirements

You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Shifts Available

We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.
