Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified as RGN or RMN with active NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care setting is beneficial.
• NMC registration for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and identify priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines.
• Ensure care plans are updated with residents, relatives and professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP or professional visits as needed.
