Job summary

HC-One, The Kind Care Company, is hiring Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, high-quality care in our care homes. You will work in a nurse-led environment, deliver person-centred care, and support residents through life-changing decisions while collaborating with MDT.

With at least 12 months experience in health or social care and an active NMC PIN, you will mentor students, uphold safeguarding, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.
• Minimum 12 months experience in health or social care.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, nurse-led care to residents.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to plan and review care.
• Mentor and supervise students and junior staff to maintain high standards.
