You will have at least 12 months experience in health or social care, a valid NMC PIN, and a passion for mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Ability to mentor and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with MDT to plan and review care.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff and students.
• Document care plans clearly and maintain standards.
