Job summary
Springcare Ltd. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Brighton area. You will provide compassionate care, monitor health, and work within a supportive, values-driven environment that emphasises empathy, respect and dignity.
The role includes administering medications, updating care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality resident care. Permanent full- and part-time day or night contracts are available, with ongoing CPD and progression
Qualifications
- Demonstrate excellent care planning and clinical skills.
- Show sensitivity, understanding and a desire to help others.
- Hold a current and active NMC pin number.
- Experience leading, motivating and managing staff.
- Experience within a care-setting.
Responsibilities
- Taking temperatures & blood pressures.
- Administering medication and applying dressings.
- Monitoring residents, updating and reviewing care plan records.
- Leading handover information to colleagues at the end of a shift.
- Communicating with other healthcare professionals.
