As a Registered Nurse, you will uphold high standards of care, lead a small team, monitor residents’ health, manage care plans, and ensure compliance with NMC guidance, always upholding kindness as a core value.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with NMC and have active pin
• Experience in elder care beneficial
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents as per care plans
• Lead and support junior care and ancillary staff
• Review and update care plans with residents, families and professionals
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor health conditions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NMC guidelines
