Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a care home in Crawley, West Sussex, to recruit a committed Registered Nurse. You will deliver high standards of care to residents, administer medicines and support the team to create a warm, safe and homely environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 to 12 months nursing experience.
• Be passionate about delivering person centred care.
• Up to date clinical practices.
• Evidence of continual professional development.
• Provide excellent clinical support to your Team and ensure safe service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest standards of care, assess residents’ needs and develop services to enhance quality of life.
• Oversee medicine management on your shift per policy and legislation.
• Ensure positive resident experience from admission to discharge.
• Follow rigorous monitoring and thorough documentation of residents and employees.
• Promote a cohesive team approach and supportive atmosphere for staff.
• Support Home Manager in achieving host home targets and supervise staff and shifts.
