Lynton Hall Bupa Care Home in New Malden, KT3 5EE is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Nursing & Theatres team. You will provide person-centred care, lead clinical duties and support residents.

You must hold a valid NMC pin and be confident in delivering care plans, administering medication, and collaborating with the care team. We offer a £1000 welcome bonus, paid breaks and a 36-hour contract on days and nights.

Formación

• As a Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin, you'll oversee care and clinical duties in the home.
• You will review and implement individualised care plans and provide clinical guidance.
• You will maintain high standards of policies and clinical practices in line with CQC requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Taking responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coaching and guiding the team with teaching programmes.
• Carrying out assessments and evaluating individualised care plans.
