Hartford Care Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse on a Bank Contract at Island Court Care Home in Bilston, West Midlands. You will deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, aligning with the NMC Code and safeguarding privacy, dignity and independence.

You will work with a supportive team to monitor blood sugar, administer medications, provide comprehensive handovers, and assist residents at end of life, all while fostering a safe, caring atmosphere and upholding residents’ choices.

Qualifications

• As a qualified nurse you will have an active NMC registration (PIN number) and a right to work in the UK.
• Demonstrated ethos of person-centred care and patient dignity at all times.
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated nursing team in a busy care environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor residents' blood sugar levels and administer medications as prescribed.
• Provide detailed handovers to the next shift and maintain accurate records.
• Assist residents at end of life with compassion and respect.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate quality nursing care with the team.
