Job summary

Hartford Care's Island Court Care Home in Bilston, West Midlands, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse on a bank basis to deliver the highest standard of clinical care to residents, in line with the NMC Code of Conduct and company policies.

You will monitor residents' health, administer medications, and provide clear handovers to the next shift. Working with a supportive team, you will promote privacy, dignity and independence for each resident and contribute to a person-centred care approach.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration (PIN) required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience in elder care or nursing in care homes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' health and vital signs.
• Administer medications as prescribed and record accurately.
• Provide handovers to the oncoming shift and collaborate with the care team.
• Support residents to maintain privacy, dignity and independence.
