Job summary

Hartford Care Ltd. is seeking a Registered Nurse for Island Court Care Home at 55 Bourne St, Coseley, Bilston, West Midlands, WV14 9HN.

You will deliver the highest standard of clinical care, uphold privacy, dignity and independence, and follow the NMC Code of Conduct. This busy, varied and rewarding role offers autonomy to care for residents, including monitoring blood sugar levels, administering medication, giving handovers, and supporting residents at end of life.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration (PIN) required.
• Qualified nurse with ability to work autonomously.
• Strong planning, implementation and evaluation of care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' health needs and blood sugar levels.
• Administer medications in accordance with care plans.
• Provide detailed handovers to the next shift.
• Support residents at the end of life with compassion.
• Collaborate with management and other nurses to plan and review care.
