Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for Eastlands care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield. This is a bank, 0-hour contract, paying £23.01 per hour, and involves providing high standards of nursing care to adults with complex needs.

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN.
• Registration eligible for UK practice with NMC.
• Experience delivering person-centred nursing for adults with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement care for the people we support.
• Provide person-centred and evidence-based nursing care.
• Develop collaborative, needs-based care plans through assessment, planning and evaluation.
• Safely administer medications.
• Promote health and wellbeing.
• Be the Nurse in Charge on shift and manage challenging behaviours while upholding dignity and independence.
