Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking registered nurses to join our Nurse Bank across four acute hospitals and community services. This Band 5 bank role offers flexibility with bank hours and no guaranteed weekly commitment, suitable for flexible working arrangements.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Nurse Bank, providing flexible staffing support across our four acute hospitals and community services throughout Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB).

As part of our Bank workforce, you will work in a variety of healthcare settings, helping us deliver compassionate, person-centred care. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of specialties, supporting teams to provide safe, high-quality care. Specialties may include, but are not limited to: Mental Health services, Theatre, Medical, Surgical, Emergency Care, Critical Care, Cardiology, Respiratory, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Neonatal, Maternity, Community.
