Berkley Care Group is looking for an Registered Nurse to join our luxury care settings in Melksham and Bristol. You must hold active NMC registration and bring experience in nursing care for older people. The role focuses on delivering person-centered care with strong leadership of the care team.

Do you have the following?:

• A strong knowledge of the NMC Code of Conduct and professional nursing standards
• Skills and experience in promoting person centred care and individual empowerment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with all, including relatives and medical professionals
• Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team of clinical and non-clinical staff
• The knowledge and experience to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and support, including end of life care
• Experience of administering prescribed medicines and drug management
• Experience of accurate record keeping and supervision of nutritional requirements
• The experience to lead on care planning, audit and review
