Job summary

Bupa Pebble Mill in Birmingham is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home team. You will deliver person-centred care, administer medications and guide the care team while maintaining high clinical standards.

You’ll work to support residents' independence and dignity, with ongoing professional development. As an experienced nurse with an NMC pin, you’ll coach colleagues, monitor care plans and ensure safe, compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience in care home settings and clinical governance.
• Ability to administer and order medication and develop care plans.
• Provide clinical guidance to the care team and ensure best practice.
• Strong communication with residents and families; handle emergencies calmly.
