Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, including blood sugar and general observations.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide detailed handovers to the next shift and coordinate with the care team.
• Support end-of-life care with compassion and dignity as required.
• Contribute to assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating quality nursing care.
• Promote person-centred care, privacy and independence for residents.
