• Active NMC registration (PIN) and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest standard of clinical care to residents at all times.
• Monitor residents' blood sugar levels and administer medications as required.
• Provide detailed handovers to the next shift and assist residents with end-of-life care when needed.
• Work with the management team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate quality nursing care.
• Create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere and respect residents' privacy, dignity and independence.
