Position Summary: Administers patient care in hospital or inpatient/observation settings, providing active treatment for injuries, illnesses, medical conditions, or post-intervention assessments.

Provide patient care remotely via TeleHealth, assessing needs, developing care plans, and monitoring progress. Collaborate with in-home staff and demonstrate age-appropriate care skills.
Deliver direct patient care in the home setting, assessing needs, and contributing to care plans. Must be able to travel within designated regions, work autonomously, and use virtual technology to connect with the care team. Transport items, equipment, and medications as needed.
Education/Training: Graduate of an approved nursing program with required competencies.
Licensure/Certification: Current Alabama RN license or valid eNLC multistate license; BLS certification; additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC as required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home nursing duties.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; 2 years for Hospital Care at Home roles.
