Job summary

Respond Recruit is seeking Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN) for flexible bank shifts in the UK. This role offers excellent hourly pay (£28.02–£29.14) with day, night, and weekend opportunities and a supportive care team.

Join a patient-centred environment where you’ll deliver high-quality nursing care, manage medications and care plans, and work with GPs and families. Valid NMC registration and post-registration experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration and active PIN as an RGN or RMN.
• Previous post-registration nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional, person-centred nursing care tailored to individual residents' needs.
• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individual care plans.

Your Role – What You'll Be Doing
