A well-respected charity organization in Winchester is seeking a dedicated nurse (RGN or RMN) to provide compassionate care for the elderly. Registration with The NMC

Good working knowledge of person centred care

Confident to communicate well all all levels including, residents, families, colleagues and visiting care professionals

Ability to read, understand and work to residents individual care plans

A clear record keeping style too ensure records are clear and updated
