Job summary

Hamberley Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team at Charrington Manor in West Byfleet. You will provide compassionate, high quality nursing care, building strong relationships with residents and their families.

You will lead and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with GPs and other providers to ensure personalised, holistic support for residents. A supportive environment and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• NMC registration is essential (RGN or RMN).
• Experience in a care home or elderly setting preferred.
• Demonstrates compassionate patient- and family-facing care.
• Strong communication and organisational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for residents and lead clinical care activities.
