Job summary

Lovell Place, Bristol, part of Hamberley Care Homes, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver holistic, resident-centered care within a luxurious, purpose-built setting. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to support residents and families, ensuring compassionate and professional care at all times.

The role demands strong clinical skills, a commitment to high standards, and flexibility across day and night shifts in a 42-hour pattern in a premium care home environment.

Qualifications

  • NMC registration (RGN or RMN) and post-registration experience in a similar setting.
  • Experience in care home or elderly setting preferred.
  • Commitment to delivering high quality care.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Passion and empathy with residents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic nursing care to residents and families.
  • Coordinate care with GPs and multidisciplinary team.
  • Lead and contribute to care planning and rounds.
  • Mentor and support junior staff and carers.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, infection control and documentation.

Working Pattern: 42 Hours, Alternative Weekends - Must be flexible for Days and Nights
