Job summary

Hamberley Care Management Limited is recruiting for a Lead Nurse at Charrington Manor in West Byfleet. This nurse-led role focuses on delivering holistic, high-quality care within a luxurious care home environment, with a strong emphasis on building relationships with residents and families.

You will work 12-hour shifts on an alternating weekend rota, leading a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate the patient journey and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• NMC registration with either RGN or RMN.
• Demonstrable post-registration experience in a similar setting.
• Preferably experience in a care home or elderly setting.
• Commitment to delivering high quality care.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Passion and empathy to make a difference in residents' lives.
