Job summary

Bupa UK in Watford is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Brunswick Court care home for day shifts. You will deliver person-centred nursing care, assess needs and support residents and families.

This full-time role involves 4×12-hour shifts per week (48 hours) with paid breaks and a £1,000 welcome bonus, plus a wide range of Bupa benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and responsibilities for unit and clinical duties.
• Experience maintaining high clinical standards and policies.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance for care teams and CQC tasks.
• Build strong connections with residents and families, offering kindness and support.
• Effective communication and reporting skills for handover of clinical issues.
• Enhanced skills for working nights, staying calm, self-reliant and managing care staff in emergencies.

Salary

£21.93 – £24.22 per hour, dependent on experience.

Contract
