Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) for night shifts at a dedicated care home in Sunderland. You will provide high-quality nursing care to older adults, delivering person-centred support during the night, and collaborate with the care team.

Applicants must be NMC registered with a valid PIN, have post-registration experience, and ideally previous nursing home exposure.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with RGN or RMN qualification and current NMC PIN.
• Post-registration nursing experience essential.
• Experience working in a nursing home is essential.

Registered Nurse – RGN/RMN (Nights)

£39,600 per annum | 38.5 Hours per Week | Night Shifts

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) looking for a rewarding night role where you can use your clinical skills to make a genuine difference to the lives of older adults?

We're looking for a confident and compassionate Nurse with post-registration experience and a strong clinical background, who can take responsibility for residents' nursing needs throughout the night while supporting the wider care team.

What We're Looking For

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – essential
• Valid NMC registration and PIN – essential
• Previous post-registration nursing experience – essential
• Experience working within a nursing home – essential
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration and care planning skills
• Experience supporting older adults with nursing and dementia care needs
• Confidence making clinical decisions and responding to changes in residents' conditions
• Good understanding of safeguarding, CQC standards and clinical best practice
• Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills
• A compassionate, professional and person-centred approach
