Our brand-new, purpose-built luxury care home is nestled in the peaceful village of Church Lawton, near Alsager. Designed to deliver exceptional standards of Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite Care for up to 60 residents, this is a place where excellence in care meets warmth, dignity, and community.

We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new chapter—shaping the future of care and making a real difference, every single day.

What You Will Do

  • Lead by example: Begin each shift with confidence, guiding your care team to deliver safe, person-centred care.
  • Create personalised care plans: Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to tailor care that meets individual needs.
  • Administer medication: Manage and administer medications safely and accurately, following best practice and MAR protocols.
  • Promote wellbeing: Support independence, encourage participation in meaningful activities, and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
  • Monitor and assess: Carry out health checks and respond quickly to any changes in residents’ needs, escalating appropriately.
  • Maintain clear communication: Ensure smooth handovers and maintain accurate, professional documentation.
  • Champion dignity and respect: Be an advocate for every resident’s preferences, rights, and individuality.

What We’re Looking For

  • You are a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
  • You’re committed to delivering high standards of clinical care and promoting the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents.
  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills and the ability to support and motivate a team.
  • Above all, you bring empathy, integrity, and a passion for making every day count for those in your care.
