Job summary

Primary Source Care is recruiting Registered Nurses to support adults with learning disabilities at services in Hertfordshire. Roles are available full-time, part-time and ad-hoc, with DBS checks funded by the employer and comprehensive induction and training.

We require at least six months’ experience in supported living and a positive, proactive attitude. Competitive hourly rates and opportunities for relocation assistance are provided.

Could you provide support to people with learning disabilities?

Primary Source Care are currently recruiting for Registered Nursesto work at our client's service in Bricket Wood, Hertfordshireproviding high quality support to adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

Full time, part time and ad-hoc positions available, with hourly rates of pay ranging from £15.00 - £25.00.

About the role

In Hertfordshire, our client provide a range of support options including Registered Care , Supported Living and our Further Education provision.

Within their Registered Care homes, they provide care and support for adults with learning disabilities. At one of their services in particular, they provide accommodation, care, nursing and support for up to 12 people with learning and physical difficulties. Our clients' staff receive training in subjects including safeguarding, health and safety, medicines, and specific health conditions including epilepsy, and they ensure the people they support have access to health and social care professionals when required, including GPs, occupational therapists, chiropodists and psychiatrists.

What we need from you

You will need to have at least six months' experience working in a supported living environment, and ideally hold a Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care, although it is more important that you have a positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to undertake further on-the-job training. All successful candidates will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check (paid for by Primary Source Care) before they can commence working with service users.
