Job summary

Exemplar Health Care's Longley Park View in Sheffield is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) for full-time night shifts (36 hours) at up to £21.40 per hour.

You will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care, administer medications safely, and support a small unit as Nurse in Charge on shift.

A current NMC PIN and registration as a nurse from any adult, mental health or learning disability background are required; extensive training and career progression are available.

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN.
• Nurses from Adult, Mental Health or Learning Disability backgrounds welcome.
• Ability to provide person-centred care and support independence.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for on-shift unit management.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and provide person-centred nursing care.
• Safely administer medications and manage treatments.
• Promote health and wellbeing of residents.
• Act as Nurse in Charge when on shift on a small unit.
• Manage challenging behaviours while maintaining dignity.

About The Role

This is a highly skilled nursing role where you’ll be accountable and responsible for supporting people’s holistic needs. It requires a range of clinical and nursing skills.
