Job description

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Renal Dialysis Unit

Are you an NMC Registered Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity to develop specialist skills in renal dialysis nursing? Whether you have NHS experience or have worked in the private care sector, we welcome your application. With the right attitude and aptitude, you could be the perfect fit!

Role Overview

As a Dialysis Nurse, you will need commitment and passion, along with the skills to manage both the technical aspects of nursing and holistic patient care. You will work autonomously, assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury. Our Scunthorpe unit operates 16 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 80 patients.

Patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:4, supported by Healthcare Assistants on each shift. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 06:00 and 23:00.

Salary is competitive, up to £33,736.50, with incremental increases until the top end is reached. Additional benefits include:
