Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Macclesfield is recruiting a compassionate registered nurse (RGN) for permanent day shifts in a caring nursing home. You will provide hands-on nursing care to residents with a range of needs, including dementia, working with an experienced team.

Nestled within a peaceful setting, this welcoming nursing home supports older adults with a range of nursing and dementia care needs. The home takes a warm and genuinely person-centred approach, creating an environment where residents are treated as individuals and supported to maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.
They are now looking for a compassionate and clinically confident Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join the team on permanent day shifts. You’ll work alongside an experienced care team, providing hands-on nursing care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Active NMC registration as an RGN.
Previous
experience working within a nursing home or older adult care setting.
Experience supporting people living with dementia would be advantageous.
Strong clinical skills, including confident clinical assessment, care planning and medication management.
Good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care.
Confidence responding to changes in residents' health and escalating concerns appropriately.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A compassionate, patient and professional approach to nursing.

Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care to residents throughout the day.
Administer and manage medication in line with NMC standards and the home's procedures.
Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, responding promptly to any changes.
Complete and review care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation.
Support residents living with nursing and dementia care needs with dignity and compassion.
Work closely with care colleagues, GPs and other healthcare professionals to coordinate residents' care.
Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
Provide guidance and clinical support to members of the care team when required.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, infection control and clinical practice.
