Job summary

Career Makers Inc. is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a well-established nursing home in Lymington, Hampshire. The role is permanent, with daytime and night shifts, offering £22.50 per hour including paid breaks and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work closely with the Home Manager and care team to deliver person-centred nursing care, administer medications, update care plans, and ensure high standards of governance and infection control across the home.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• Previous nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality nursing care in line with residents' care plans.
• Administering and managing medication safely.
• Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing.
• Completing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments.
• Responding appropriately to changes in residents' needs.
• Supporting residents to maintain their dignity, independence and individual choices.
• Working closely with GPs, healthcare professionals and families.
• Ensuring accurate clinical documentation is maintained.
• Supporting and providing guidance to members of the care team.
• Maintaining high standards of clinical governance, safeguarding and infection control.
• Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the home.

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding permanent position within a well-established nursing home?

We are currently recruiting for an experienced RGN or RMN to join a friendly and supportive nursing home in the Lymington area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated care team where residents are genuinely at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

As Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager and wider care team to ensure residents receive safe, effective and person-centred nursing care.
