Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Registered Nurse for a leading Hampshire nursing home. You will assess residents, plan and implement care under NMC guidelines, and work with families and healthcare teams to ensure high standards of care.

The role is permanent, full-time, with shifts across a mix of patterns. A strong induction and ongoing development are provided, along with enhanced rates for bank holidays and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and identify priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments within NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are completed and maintained with residents, relatives and other health care professionals.
• Report ill health and arrange GP/professional visits as needed.

As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and companys medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Well:developed time management and leadership skills
• A good team player
• 1+ year NMC registration

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

Benefits

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of GBP22.50 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP56,160 per annum.
