Job Details
  • Position: Registered Nurse
  • Salary: £22 - £23 per hour
  • Band: 7 Team Leader
  • Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours/week
  • Location: Isle of Wight

Job Purpose

To provide team leadership and coordinate the delivery of integrated wellbeing, mental health, and substance misuse healthcare in a custodial setting, maintaining standards including referral assessment and care delivery within The Care Programme Approach and recovery agenda. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, operational duties, and deputising for the clinical lead as needed.

Key Duties
  1. Support the clinical lead in implementing care pathways, including assessments and models of care within a stepped care mental health framework.
  2. Coordinate care delivery across mental healthcare pathways, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
  3. Apply appropriate procedures and standards.
  4. Assist in managing the clinical area, including attendance management.
  5. Lead caseload and supervision to monitor standards of care and documentation.
