Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse for a permanent full-time position in a care setting in the New Forest area. The role involves assessing residents, administering medications, and coordinating care plans with families and healthcare professionals.

• Accurately assess residents' needs and identify priorities of care.

Job description

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company’s medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• A good team player
• 1+ year NMC registration

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £22.00 - £22.50 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on a mix of shifts.
