Job summary

BCG Cares is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our care home team in the UK. You will provide comprehensive care to residents, including planning, clinical decisions, and medication administration, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate has an NMC pin, strong communication, organisational skills, and flexibility to work shifts. PVG checks and references will be required; UK work authorisation is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience as a staff nurse in a care home is useful but not essential.
• Organised with excellent communication skills and flexibility for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans for residents.
• Administer medicines safely and check daily med administration.

About You:

You should be a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment would be useful but is not essential. What’s just as important is that you’re organised, have great communication skills, and are flexible enough to work shifts.
