Job summary

BCG Cares in Methil, Scotland is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, person-centred care for residents. You will assess needs, implement care plans and support overall wellbeing with a focus on safety and respect.

You will administer medicines, work within a multidisciplinary team, and use clinical judgement to ensure high standards of care. A valid NMC pin and eligibility to work in the UK are required; flexible shifts and career progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• NMC pin required; eligibility to practice in the UK.
• Experience in care home setting is helpful but not essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

About You:

You should be a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment would be useful but is not essential. What’s just as important is that you’re organised, have great communication skills, and are flexible enough to work shifts.
