Comprehensive Clinical Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse representing Evolve Staffing Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in the front-line delivery of healthcare services. Your primary nursing duties will include:

• Outstanding Patient Care: Delivering industry-leading, evidence-based nursing care and holistic support to patients, strictly adhering to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Conduct and professional standards.
• Clinical Interventions: Safely administering medications, executing complex wound care management, monitoring vital signs, and undertaking routine clinical observations.
• Care Planning: Developing, implementing, and regularly evaluating individualized patient care plans in close collaboration with a wider Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), including doctors, social workers, and allied health professionals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining meticulous and accurate electronic health records (EHR) to ensure absolute compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines and internal clinical governance protocols.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Providing clinical supervision, guidance, and delegation of duties to junior nursing staff, student nurses, and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to maintain a secure and highly effective clinical ward or care environment.

Essential Requirements & Nursing Qualifications: To be successful in this Registered Nurse application, you must demonstrate the following criteria:

• Valid NMC Pin: You must be a fully qualified Adult Nurse (RGN) holding a current, active, and unrestricted registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Demonstrable Experience: Proven post-registration clinical experience within acute hospital settings, elderly care homes, palliative care, or community nursing environments is highly advantageous.
• Clinical Skillset: Exceptional clinical assessment capabilities, sharp decision-making skills, and the resilience to work effectively within a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare setting.
• Compliance & Vetting: You must possess the legal Right to Work in the UK. A recent Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) background check will be required prior to commencement.
• Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients, their relatives, and the wider healthcare team.
