You will deliver evidence-based nursing, administer medications, participate in MDT care planning, maintain accurate EHRs, and mentor junior staff, all while upholding NMC standards and DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC Pin and current registration as an Adult Nurse (RGN).
• Post-registration clinical experience in acute or elderly care settings is advantageous.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS check.
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Adherence to CQC guidelines and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-leading, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.
• Safely administer medications and perform wound care and clinical observations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with the MDT.
• Maintain accurate EHR records in line with governance protocols.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff and HCAs.
